Co-design is a process that will enable transformative ocean science by:

  • Involving all concerned stakeholders
  • Engaging all stakeholders throughout all stages of knowledge creation and dissemination

Building on pre-existing relationships, networks and shared experiences, while remaining open to new voices

The course is a global, beginners’ course aimed at all ocean science stakeholders. It has been developed primarily for existing Decade Actions or for partners who wish to develop future Decade Actions, but it is open to everyone who seeks to learn more about co-design approaches in the context of ocean science in general.
