About the Capacity Development Facility (CDF) and Matchmaking Platform

The CDF was established to address capacity development needs across and beyond the Decade ecosystem. One of our key upcoming initiatives is the Matchmaking Platform, developed in close collaboration with IOC OTGA and the Capacity Development Hub, and scheduled to launch in September 2025. The Platform offers two main avenues for collaboration:

Sharing Opportunities
You may upload opportunities aligned with your organization’s resources and expertise—such as fellowships, internships, or training programs. With over 500 lead institutions engaged in the Decade, these opportunities will be visible to Matchmaking Platform users at the global, regional, and local levels.

Engagement as a Partner
As we prepare for the launch, we are reaching out to potential partners interested in supporting capacity development activities across diverse regions and themes. Your involvement can be tailored flexibly based on your interests, expertise, and availability.
